NOTICE 0F RACE
February 13th & 14th, 2010

"Budget Marine's Valentines Regatta"
Hosted by Jolly Harbour Yacht Club

RULES
The regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing of ISAF (2009-2012), the prescriptions of the Antiguan National Authority this notice of race and by the sailing Instructions.
The current CSA rating rule and the CSA Safety rules apply.

ADVERTISING
The regatta will be sailed as a Category “C” event.
Boats may be required to display advertising provided by the organizing authority. ISAF regulation 20

ELIGIBILITY
The regatta is open to the following classes that may get subdivided
CSA Rated Boats with Spinnaker and without Spinnaker:
Simplified CSA Rating: (if 3 or more enter)
Non CSA: Dragon

FEES
Entry fees are as follows:
For CSA Yacht Club Members - ONLINE $2.00us per foot / At Registration $2.25us per foot.
For NON CSA members - ONLINE $2.50us per foot / At Registration $2.75us per foot.

SCHEDULE
Registration will be held on Friday February 12th at the The Foredeck Bar, Marinaside, Jolly Harbour, Antigua, from 3:30pm until 6:00pm. At this time all entry fees must be paid and all disclaimers signed.
The skippers briefing will be at 6:30pm at The Foredeck Bar.
The first start will not be until 10:30am Saturday February 13th
Prize Giving will be as soon as possible after racing on Sunday February 14th at Al Porto, Jolly Harbour, Antigua.

COURSES
The race courses will be sailed off the waters of Jolly Harbour and Five Islands and will consist of short races. Course description and sailing instructions will be available at registration.

The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club and any other party involved in the organization and conduct of the Jolly Harbour Valentine’s Regatta disclaims any liability for personal injury, personal or material damage whatsoever, sustained prior to, during or after the Jolly Harbour Valentine’s Regatta. By entering the Jolly Harbour Valentine’s Regatta this will be a declaration of accepting all disclaimers made by the regatta organizers.
